INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY ROSES OF 8TH MARCH THE REAL STEPHEN KING'S ROSE MADDER

Institut Bernat Metge students want to remind women that  the first signs of emotional abuse can escalate and precede physical abuse, as is the case of Rose Madder, the fictional character in Stephen King's novel.

Important people, like MP Rosie Duffield,  or a young housewife like Emma Murphy, can suffer abuse. Indeed, abuse has many faces, but the way it progresses is generally subtle, though always the same. Fortunately, both Rosie and Emma left their tormentors.

 If you are a woman you don't have to stay. if you do, you don't have to feel guilty, but leave like  model, Mada Tsagia-Papadakou did.
