AMONG WOLVES
Francesc Xavier Castañer and Marçal Mas Reñé, Projecte Udols de Llop NGO ( Masnou) came to Institut Bernat Metge on 7th March as part of the 1st ESO year project about wolves, coordinated by the English and Science Departments.
Our first year students had enjoyed learning about life in the woods and told tales about animals.
Xavier told us about his experience with an old Cherokee chief who taught him "all about wolves" when he was young, which is why, at the end of this entry, you'll find some interesting links about the culture of Native American tribes. He has been studying the lives of wolves for almost 30 years!
Finally, the winners of the animal photography prize and the winner in the drawing category were announced.
El llop canta la seva cançó, el seu udol es perd en
la maldat dels éssers humans, pero els jov@s guerrers venen amb ganes de
canviar el destí del gran senyor del bosc. Volen un lloc pel llop
creuen en la seva vida, els amics de l’institut Bernat Metge ens han
dedicat un matí per aprendre mes sobre el llop i poder viure un
futur d’udols als nostres boscos.
