A NEW ZEALAND VOLCANO ERUPTS ON WHITE ISLAND

       In the Bay of Plenty, on Wahakaari/ White Island, (North Island,  New Zeland ) a volcano has erupted at 2h10 local time . There were a number of tourists and locals around the island. The National Emergency Management Agency, together with the police, are in charge of the search-rescue situation. Unfortunately, there are several people killed and other are reported missing.
